Tokyo Hibernian 4 - 0 British Embassy F.C.

After last week's comeback against France, there was a danger of the Hibs
suffering a hangover with a match against an understrength British Embassy.
In the first round of the TML, we had also come from behind against the
Britsh Embassy and won with a late goal. We were certainly hoping to win
more comfortably in this game.

We lined up with 3 strikers,  as had played so well in the second half
against France with this formation.  BEFC lined up to frustrate and were
playing with most of thier players behind the ball, which lead to a
frustating break down in most of our attacks. The first 30 minutes were a
crescendo of frustration, as we were camped in thier half, hitoshi was
smoking cigars in our goal, but we had nothing to show for it. Just before
half time we finally broke through with Kuni Katase heading home from short
range  after a post - corner goal mouth scrap.

1-0 at half time, and the match was far from over. We needed patience as I
was confident that would weaken and more goals would come.
Kuni K soon showed his predatory instincts to finish a rebound off the post
from Mick's shot. Kuni Hosoi thumped in one from 25 yards and Daniel finally
got the goal he had been due.

It was a solid display against a team that went out to defend.  All present
were aware of Tetsu's faultless performance. He cleaned up countless balls
and was always assured and productive in possesion.

February is a big month for the Hibs, 2 out of 2 so far, lets keep it going
to make it 4 from 4.

Cheers
